Securing Your Child’s Place
To secure your child’s place for the 2026/2027 academic year, a £199 registration fee per child is required. Places cannot be guaranteed without a confirmed registration.
Important Information:
The registration fee is £199 per child.
Please note that your child’s place is only reserved once we have confirmed receipt of the registration fee.
We will hold the space until the invoice due date, which is typically:
within 14 days of registration, or
one week before the start of term, whichever comes first.
Full payment must be received by the invoice due date to secure your child’s enrollment.
If payment is not received by the due date, the reserved place may be released and offered to another applicant.

Is the £150 deposit an additional fee?
No. The deposit is deducted from your first invoice in September 2026. It serves as your commitment to secure a place in our limited-capacity groups.
Can we pay annually?
Yes. All packages include both monthly and annual pricing options. Choosing annual payment often provides professional savings over the course of the year.
Are exam costs included?
IGCSE exam costs are included in all Upper Secondary packages, ensuring no hidden surprises when it comes to the final assessment phase.
Are there live lessons?
Yes. Our interactive packages include live online teaching sessions led by experienced teachers. We also offer one-way video options for selected subjects as listed in the fee schedule.
Can my child switch packages later?
Families can discuss package changes with the UKVS team. Switches are generally possible subject to group availability and notice periods.
Do you offer personalised support?
Absolutely. One of our core 2026 updates is the inclusion of dedicated check-ins and support sessions with Tribe Leads for every family.
